What we cannot help with
- Medical questions about bites, stings or reactions. Please speak to a doctor or pharmacist.
- Treating an infestation or visiting your home. We do not offer pest control services or recommend companies.
- Identification from a written description alone. Please use the photo identifier or send a clear photo.

If you or someone else has trouble breathing, swelling of the face, lips or throat, a rapidly spreading reaction or severe symptoms after a bite or sting, call your local emergency number now. Do not wait for an email reply.
